This page explains how to request deletion of your Zaffre Axon account (app developer: Zaffre Tech) and the data associated with it.
Business accounts (B2B) — how deletion works
Zaffre Axon is a business-to-business workforce app. There is no public sign-up: your account is created and owned by your organisation (your employer), which is the data controller. Because of this, account and data deletion is handled together with your organisation.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data in either of these ways:
- Ask your organisation’s HR / admin to deactivate and delete your account from the Zaffre Axon admin console, or
- Email [email protected] from your work email with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We verify the request with your organisation and process it.
What data is deleted
Upon an approved request we delete your personal profile, attendance and leave records, face-enrolment data (if your organisation enabled face attendance), and your Connect messages, attachments and voice notes, from your organisation’s tenant.
What may be retained
Records your organisation is legally required to keep (for example payroll, tax and statutory employment records) may be retained by your organisation for the period required by law, after which they are deleted. Backups are purged on our rolling backup cycle. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Timeframe
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
