- Accounts are created exclusively by company HR or authorized administrators. Employees cannot self-register.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
- HR or administrators are responsible for creating and managing employee accounts.
- Employees must use only the credentials provided and may not share login information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or unauthorized use.
3. Employee Monitoring and Data Collection
To provide our services and ensure security, we may collect and process the following information:
- Personal Information: Name, contact info, government IDs (CNIC, Passport), experience, qualifications, certifications, emergency contacts, and references.
- Account and Device Data: Login credentials, IP address, mobile IMEI, device details, geolocation (if enabled by employer).
- Work Activity Data: Application usage, work hours, attendance, screenshots, and productivity metrics.
Purpose:
- To authenticate users and revoke unauthorized access.
- To enable HR and company administrators to monitor work compliance and performance.
- To deliver HR, payroll, and corporate management services.
Note: All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant local laws. Employees consent to monitoring when their employer enables these features.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Use our services to transmit or store harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, software, logos, graphics, and features of Zaffre Tech are owned by us or our licensors.
- License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our services for internal corporate purposes.
6. Fees and Payment
- Certain corporate services may be offered on a subscription basis. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

- Effect: All rights to use the services cease immediately. Obligations such as confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.
