What does Zaffre HRM actually do?+

Zaffre HRM is a unified HR + Operations platform: employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, dual payroll (PKR + Remittance), built-in remote monitoring, operations/assets, and AI-powered self-service. Hire to exit in one system.

How is Zaffre different from other HRMs?+

Three things: (1) Dual Payroll Engine — PKR + Remittance in one run, rare in the market. (2) Built-in remote monitoring with desktop app, no third-party tools. (3) AI self-service so employees ask AI instead of HR.

Is there a mobile app?+

Yes — native iOS and Android apps for employees (attendance, leaves, payslips) and a desktop app for remote work monitoring.

Can I run Zaffre HRM for multiple companies / branches?+

Yes. Multi-company and multi-location are supported, with independent policy, payroll, and approval workflows per entity.

How is pricing structured?+

Per active employee per month. A base plan + optional add-on modules. Use the pricing calculator on the Pricing page to model your team.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — 14 days of the full platform, no credit card required.

Do you offer yearly discounts?+

Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% versus monthly.

What payment methods?+

Bank transfer (PKR/USD), credit/debit cards, and corporate invoicing for annual plans.

Security & Data

Where is my data stored?+

Our infrastructure runs in tier-1 cloud providers with backups and point-in-time recovery. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Who can see employee monitoring data?+

Only authorized administrators in your organization. Zaffre Tech acts as a data processor — your employer is the data controller.

Can employees disable monitoring?+

Monitoring is enabled and configured by the employer. Employees are disclosed to monitoring policies on first sign-in.

Onboarding & Migration

How long does onboarding take?+

Typical SMB onboarding: 1–3 days. Enterprise migrations with biometric devices and complex payroll: 1–3 weeks with our team's help.

Can I import data from my current HRM / spreadsheets?+

Yes. We provide CSV/Excel import tools and migration support for major HRMs.

Do you provide training?+

Yes — admin onboarding sessions, an HR-admin guide, and self-serve documentation.
