How billing works

Monthly or Yearly

Invoices are generated automatically per billing cycle, based on the modules your company has enabled and your active employee count. Yearly plans get 20% off.

Remote Work — per day

Remote Work is billed per remote working day per employee. Once an employee works remotely more than 5 days in a month, they are charged a flat monthly remote seat instead. Seats are reserved automatically based on concurrent remote employees. Per-day rate $0.50; after 5 days a flat monthly seat of $7.00 applies.

Payments via HBL

Pay securely through the HBL payment gateway: Online Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit Card.

Refund Policy: All payments are final. Zaffre Tech does not offer refunds for any billing period under any circumstances.

Do I pay per employee or per user?

Per active employee per month. Inactive (exited) employees aren’t billed.

Can I add or remove modules later?

Yes. Add or remove add-on modules at any time — billing adjusts on the next cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through the HBL payment gateway: Online Transfer, Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card. Billing is monthly or yearly.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All payments are final — Zaffre Tech does not issue refunds for any billing period.

How is Remote Work billed?

Per remote working day per employee. If an employee works remotely more than 5 days in a month, a flat monthly remote seat is charged instead. Seats are auto-reserved for concurrent remote employees.

Is there a free trial?
