Audit log
An append-only record of every meaningful action taken inside the system.
Full definition
An audit log is an append-only, immutable record of every meaningful action taken inside the system — typically capturing actor, target, action, timestamp, IP, device and full metadata. It is the foundation of trust and post-incident root-cause analysis. Zaffre HRM ships a per-tenant immutable audit log with first-class query, filter and export.
