Final settlement
The last pay-out at offboarding: salary owed + leave encashment + bonuses − deductions − loan balances.
Full definition
Final settlement is the last pay-out an employee receives when leaving the company. It includes salary for days worked, encashment of unused leave (per policy), any due bonus or commission, less deductions (notice-period shortfall, loan balances, asset recovery). Zaffre HRM emits the final settlement automatically from the offboarding workflow and integrates with the pay run.
