Stock of consumable items the business holds for use or resale, tracked by quantity and movement.

Inventory is the stock of consumable items the business holds — office supplies, finished goods, raw materials. It is tracked by quantity, location and movement (in / out / transfer). Zaffre HRM ships an inventory module that integrates with procurement (PO → GRN → stock-in) and with reorder-level alerts when stock drops below a configured threshold.
