Pay run
A single execution of payroll for a defined period and employee set — moves through Draft → Finalized → Approved → Disbursed.
Full definition
A pay run is one execution of payroll: the system calculates each included employee’s gross-to-net for the selected period, moves the run through approval stages (Draft → Finalized → Approved → Disbursed) and emits payslips. Zaffre HRM supports multi-level approvals, dual-currency execution (local + remittance in the same run), and full audit of who approved which entry when.
