Audit trail
The full chronological record of who did what, when — typically immutable.
Full definition
An audit trail is the full chronological record of who did what, when, on which target — covering both successful actions and attempted-but-blocked ones. It is the foundation of regulatory compliance and post-incident analysis. Zaffre HRM keeps a per-tenant immutable audit trail covering every meaningful admin action.
