GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
The record that goods ordered against a PO have been physically received in good condition.
Full definition
A GRN (Goods Receipt Note) is the record that goods ordered against a purchase order have been physically received in good condition. It closes the loop between PO and vendor invoice and is the trigger for matching the vendor invoice for payment. Zaffre HRM ships GRN intake against open POs with partial-receipt support.
