The process of requesting, approving, ordering and receiving goods or services from external vendors.
Full definition
Procurement is the process of requesting, approving, ordering and receiving goods or services from external vendors. The typical flow is purchase requisition (PR) → purchase order (PO) → goods receipt note (GRN) → vendor invoice → payment. Zaffre HRM ships a full procurement module: requisitions, multi-level PR / PO approvals, GRNs, vendor master, vendor evaluations and quotations.
