HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
A platform that combines HRIS (employee records) with operational workflows (leave, attendance, payroll, performance).
Full definition
HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is the practical software category most teams interact with day to day. It combines the HRIS (employee records) with the operational workflows of HR: leave requests, attendance tracking, payroll, recruitment, performance reviews, and so on. Zaffre HRM is an HRMS that also includes operations modules — procurement, petty cash, projects, helpdesk — on the same data layer.
